DICE TeamI have opened 502 apex packs and have not gotten any heirloom shards. I would like it if i could get some like i was supposed to.
I have oppened way more over 500 since starting season 1, still ahvent received any Heirloom or shards..pls help me
DICE TeamHeads up: The @PlayApex Anniversary Collection Event heirloom pack had a bug.It unintentionally reset the "counter" that guarantees you get heirloom shards every 500 packs.
Only people who opened the heirloom pack before 3pm PT on 2/10 were affected, as the bug was fixed.

what reset from 0 again?? if i done opened 380 pack and i buy anniversary collection heirloom, still reset from 0?
@EA_Atic Is there any other way of knowing the amount of apex packs opened, other than using third part site?
@EA_Atic Luck of the draw my nuts i've been playing the game since launch date and have put over $200 in for apex pack just to get your *****y in game item and still dont have it. I constantly spectate smirf accounts who have heirlooms at level 50 and lower. How about you put in a pack counter instead of pushing ridiculously over-priced paid content into your buggy @$$ game.
