i didnt recieve my apex coins

this morning i purchased 20 dollars worth of apex coins and i never got them. i reset my game and PC and i still don't have them. What do i do?

Hey @HPOHEA,

Sometimes it can take up to 24 hours for your Apex coins to be added to your account. If you still don't have them after 24 hours, I recommend gathering the relevant proof of purchse, and then reaching out to our live support team for assistance.

Unfortunately we can't help with missing content and the like here on the forums, but have you tried reaching out via a chat instead? There are plenty of support options that give you the option to start one.

Yup, i have had about 4-5 chats and all of them blame it on steam. Steam has actually responded to my stuff and said its because ea couldnt cooperate with their transactions.
