I have high fps but my game is not fluent.
If I'm not mistaken, there is a microstuttering problem. Even though I have high fps and 165hz, my game is not fluent. I don't know if that's why Directx 12 is installed or what other windows feature...

Usually microstuttering happens because of a mismatch in vsync settings.
Have you checked your background programs to see if something could be interfering with the game? Disable all types of overlays like Steam, Discord, Origin, Geforce Experience etc and try again. Also if you haven't already download and install your latest graphics card drivers.
@Enlyee I downloaded the latest nvidia version manually. Nothing other than origin is running in the background, I turn everything off. I know you have a solution but which one...
