I have linked 2 different PSN accounts to EA account

I have an issue with my son's PS5 and my PS5, by mistake I added his PSN and my PSN account to the same EA account and I need to unlink my account but I do not have the option button to unlink my account, please help.

Please review the attached photo.

    Hey @luimusic,

    If you don't have the option to unlink an account on your end, you'll need to get in touch with the support team so they can help out. Afraid we're not able to make any changes here on the forums.

     
    If you create a new case here and select Game Support > EA Account > I want to update my EA Account information, you should be able to get in touch with the support team so they can take a look.

    That Solution is not working anymore, the chat said that they can't do it anymore since January 2025. They basically said tough luck to me when I asked how I could get it done.
