I Lost all In-game Cosmetics And Got Apex Packs for Free

Question

Hi I’m Yousif Well I’m also cvjyk I had a very issue when going from PS4 to PS5 when I went to PS5 99% of my Cosmetics were gone including All operator Skins , Gun Skins , Rare Cosmetics , I was very Infuriated and Questioning . After all my Cosmetics and In-game items were gone I got 200 Apex Packs out of God knows Where because I definitely didn’t Leave PS4 with Free 200 Apex Packs sitting in my account Peacefully . But is there any Reason this Happened and how I can fix it? Please Respawn Help Me I’ve Messaged you guys 3 times with Cases and Emailed you guys .&nbsp;

Just for some extra content, it sounds like you unlinked your old account and re-linked a new one. You generally don't want to do this as, well, this is what can happen. As OTC says, please reach out to support. They may be able to reconnect you to your old PS4 account, which should then work ok with your PS5.
