I lost all my progress about apex

I played Apex last April and a huge bug occurred. The player progress was reset but my account has not been fixed. I have contacted customer service multiple times to no avail. My friend told me that I need to post on the forums to get noticed by EA. How can I get help getting my account back? I have absolutely no interest in opening a new account and I spent a lot of money on Heirloom.
