I lost my progress

I turn on my account and everything was gone. I still have some of my skins unlocked and if i rebuy skins they still have my favorite tag on them but almost all my season skins and rewards are gone. I also lost my bloodhound heirloom. I was given 286 apex packs and refunded all my unlocked characters so I had to reopen or buy them again. What do I do

Hey folks,

This can happen if you unlink any platforms from your EA Account, where the progress is saved.

To get that content restored you would need to re-link the original accounts as that cannot be transferred from one account to another.

I'm having the same issue I reached out to support. A few packs doesn't come close to making up for what I lost by a long shot. I've been playing since day one a lot of the stuff I lost you can't even get anymore. My characters are still showing in my rare skins even though they aren't available in the menu anymore which is interesting.
