I know it must have been pretty exciting to get those heirloom shards in the first place, so that's definitely a pretty unfortunate situation.
That said however, I'm afraid we're unable to reverse in-game purchases at all, which would include heirloom purchases.
Once that's been selected and confirmed it is a final decision, sorry to say.
