I need help asap

I keep getting an error of 

Unable to connect to EA Servers. Please check your Internet connection and try again. See ea.com/unable-to-connect for more information.

ive talked to Comcast and I’m trying to get help from ea which seem impossible, Comcast said it’s fine and everything else works but apex!!!
