I need help for a respawn developer only

Can I please speak with an actually respawn developer not a volunteer because I really need this problem fixed I'm a day one player spent blood sweat and tears on the game along with over 100 dollars and I can't even play because of a hardware/identity mismatch error I don't have any other accounts under my Microsoft account or ea account so I really dont know why I am being effected by thus update but I haven't been able to play since the update I even got a new console since then and I still can't play
