I need help setting up a private tournament

I'm the owner of a clan based on apex legends, we have about 200 members and we host tournaments often through a 3rd party website. I was looking into how to get a private server where we can give a code to our players and let them all join in the same server that way. I know that there is a tournament mode when you select the game mode option but it says you need an "admin code". Hope you can help me thanks so much!
