- Click on "manage"- Click on "repair", and wait for it to finish
You can also:
- Click on the library tab- Find Apex Legends
- Click on the 3 dots in the top right corner of the game's icon
- Click on "repair", and wait for it to finishOn Steam:
Spoiler- Click on the game in your Steam library list of installed games
- On the right side of the launcher, click on the gear icon
- Click on "properties"
- Click on "installed files"
- Click on "verify integrity of game files", and wait for it to finishOn Epic Games:
Spoiler- Click on the library, (if not already there)
- Locate Apex Legends
- Click on the 3 dots to the right of the game's name- Click "manage"
- Find "verify files", and click on the "verify" button on the right, and wait for it to finish.
Note: If you installed Apex Legends through the EA App, it would need to be managed through the EA App.If that doesn't work, check the troubleshooting article that can be found here, to learn how to clear the game's cache on the EA App. To clear the cache on Steam, click here, for Epic games, click here.
If the crash keeps happening, go here, and scroll down until you see the option to contact EA Support, and click on the option that appears.
Note the option to contact EA Support may say "chat with us" or "email us". - Midnight97461 year agoHero+@peter818242 Hey there! Are you still having issues with the game?
