I reset my account password, when will my online game function be restored correctly?I thought this email correctly judged my account status, but it seems that your service team does not operate the account according to the email?

If resetting the password as the email directed didn't help, it would be best to get in touch with the EA Help team so they can take a look at your account. I'm afraid that isn't something we can investigate here on Answers HQ.
