i redeemed a code on origin but its not appearing on steam

So a few hours ago I bought an Apex coin redeem code from a third-party, trusted vendor. 100% success rate not scam, so don't get the wrong idea. Automatically I redeem the code on Origin as steam currently has no way to buy Apex coins without the DLC. After redeeming the code on Origin, I started up Apex on steam, but as this topic says, the Apex Coins isn't appearing. The code is already used on my account, the account isn't incorrect, I'm 100% sure that I bind that origin account to the steam account for Apex. What's going on here, why is my apex coins not appearing?

@ADxSavageeMode2 we seen reports of delay and restarting steam a few times can help.

If its gone several days and still missing poke our Support.

hi sir / i bought the redeem code just like you and have the error just like yours / i contacted to a kind EA assist and i told theme whats my problem / but he/she said that its retailer - buyer problem and they cant help me with that ...... after all i think its just our fault LOL and its just our problem / maybe its my problem that i living in iran and EA or STEAM not supporting our banking systems

Hi,I had the same issue as you,where i redeemed the coins on origin but had not received it on the steam version.All you have to do is run the origin version of apex legends and the coins will appear on that version.Then close the origin version and run the stream version and your coins will be there.

P.S if you have uninstalled ur origin version of apex legends then you need to reinstall it and run it,your coins will be there.

I have this problem too earlier. You have to start your apex from origin after you redeemed the code in order to receive apex coins in your game. After that you can play on steam again. Hope this helps!

@SS_MabezanHey i downloaded apex from steam and bought character bundle from origin😀when i bought coins via key if i have to do the way you said it would require me to download apex from origin again or am i wrong
