i redeemed a code on origin but its not appearing on steam

So a few hours ago I bought an Apex coin redeem code from a third-party, trusted vendor. 100% success rate not scam, so don't get the wrong idea. Automatically I redeem the code on Origin as steam currently has no way to buy Apex coins without the DLC. After redeeming the code on Origin, I started up Apex on steam, but as this topic says, the Apex Coins isn't appearing. The code is already used on my account, the account isn't incorrect, I'm 100% sure that I bind that origin account to the steam account for Apex. What's going on here, why is my apex coins not appearing?

    If you buy Apex coins from the Origin store, it won't sync with your Steam progress. So you have to reinstall Apex on Origin to claim those coins. Fortunatelly, you don't have to download Apex entirely, since Origin lets you play when the download is 48% complete.

    Same I'm not getting the coins when I got the from game stop and idk if it's my fault or and outside source I just hope I get my coins 😭😭

    I play on the xbox and when i went to redeem mine it told me to do it via an origin site, but it took me to ea to redeem them.  I have contacted support and basically sounds like the are telling me im out the money and the coins.  Please help!! I dont have a computer to do anything with origin.
