I still can't bind APEX to my account on PSN! ! ! !

I want to bind my EA APEX to my PSN account. I have been contacting customer service for almost a month. Until the 23rd of last month, customer service replied to me that I can change the binding. But I tried for 7 days. Still can't bind the new PSN. Customer support always tells me to wait 72 hours. Then they hang up on my dialog box immediately.
