2 years agoHmm, gotcha. It's possible there may have been a hiccup with the site that didn't allow the case to process correctly. Do you have the option to try creating a new one? If so, can you give that a shot and see if it goes through?

I've tried rebuilding and submitting cases over a dozen times on both PC and mobile, but they all say the cases were successfully submitted. However, I can't find any record of them in my case folder. This is a weird situation I've never experienced before. Could it be an account issue?
