I was permanently banned for my game ID because my ID was considered racist

I was shocked that my EA account was permanently banned because of my game ID. First of all, I assure God I am not a racist, I only took this ID because I am a dark-skinned person, my friends around ...

If you feel you have been incorrectly banned, you can dispute any action against your EA account by following the steps in this article:

If you can help me, I hope you can feedback my appeal to the relevant department or the person in charge. It is irresponsible to ban a nickname permanently. They can detect the content of my game matches, and they can detect my previous game ID, which was not my apex ID before apex was on steam, it was just synced by steam nicknames. I didn't log in for a long time after that, until last week, when I started playing apex again with my buddies and ended up permanently banning my account because of a nickname. My heart is broken
