In-game freezing and sending me back to lobby

While i'm in a match, the game just froze but i can move the mouse, and after a min, it just sent me  back to the main menu screen and gave me an error, and then it just sent me back to lobby and i got penalized for it and i got -100 rp because of it, is there anyway to fix this?
