Community ManagerBest thing for it @NedaGarib is taking a couple of minutes and trying the following steps:
- Disable all background programs on your system (including Steam). You can also do this with a clean boot
- Temporarily disconnect all other devices that you don't need from your network
- Use a wired connection
- Make sure Origin is accepted in your anti-virus and firewall
- You can also try using Safe Mode Downloading via Origin which is under Application Settings, Advanced

I have tried these steps before. Btw the safe mode makes my download pause to 0.00 and won't go. I also got in contact with the support team and followed 3 different methods but nothing seems to work. I even reinstalled windows from how pissed I was and I got the same result.

This would point to a system issue @NedaGarib, I just tested Origin on a number of machines there and had no issues on any.
Try disabling your anti-virus and Firewall to see if it helps?
