4 years agoWhat failure message do you get?
It's possible that the store cache could have issues. It's rare, but worth checking for after the steps you've taken. It'll be at C:\users\yourusername\Saved Games\Respawn\Apex\assets just delete all files there and start the game back up..

Sorry for the slow reply, I was away for a few days.
If you try creating an alternate account as a test, does that encounter the same issues? Also, I believe you're using Steam, if you install and log in via Origin instead do you encounter the same issue?
