If you try creating an alternate account as a test, does that encounter the same issues? Also, I believe you're using Steam, if you install and log in via Origin instead do you encounter the same issue?
Hello David . I was recently talking to one guy from eahelp , and he knows the right fix for many people. But i dont remember the fix completely but it start like this : Start apex wait for loading screen disconnect internet cable and wait 4 seconds ? maybe like that but there is 2 more steps and i dont remember you can maybe ask him his name is Vipin.
