@Moulace Hey I checked the ticket in question, I don't think those steps are going to help in this case. Can I check if you were able to try via Origin?

@deivifp83 Can you try power cycling your router, and it might help to restart your system too, in case there's something weird on that end.

I tried to reboot my router and my computer, the only thing that works is waiting, I waited for 30 minutes and I can play but today the same thing happens again, I am 5 min waiting at the loading screen.
is it possible that this only happens with steam people? in the steam forums there are more people with the same issue.
