Infinite Loading Screen and Technical Issues After Genesis Update

Ever since the Genesis update, my game has been having so many issues. The first of which is that, on opening, the game gets stuck at an incredibly long black loading screen for 5-6 minutes before an error pops up and takes me back to the title screen. Then I try to click play again and load in almost immediately. From there, just trying to click on anything on the menu from trying to switch game modes to trying to invite friends or even just viewing my legends has the potential to freeze the entire game and make it error back to title screen where the process starts again. Not to mention that when the game is actually running, it's running so much hotter than before. It's completely overloading my CPU and makes it so that I can barely run discord in the background. I have tried repairing game files, I've tried playing on both Origin and Steam, I've cleared my download cache, but nothing alleviates the problems. This really needs to be fixed.

LENOVO Legion Y740

GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060

CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-9750H

Memory: 16 GB

GPU driver version: 27.21.14.6172

Operating system: Microsoft Windows 10 Home (64-bit)

    I don't expect issues. I've been playing Apex with discord enabled since Season 0 with no problem. This is all new and happens regardless of Discord being open or not.

    @RoyalNerdGaming now that mate is where you have gone wrong. you should be expecting issues every time an event drops. happens to me every event except it gets fixed quicker. this is the first time that so many issues have occurred in one update that caused me to finally decide to report it and stuff. and honestly the conversations with the EA help service doesn't help much so just wait. they'll tell you to do troubleshooting when its server side so you can't do anything about it

    Guys, this helped me and my friend:

    Just made a cleen boot and launched Apex.

    and long loading gone.

    After that booted my pc without cleen boot and since then it working fine.

    This also happening to me now. Both Steam and Origin, graphics drivers up to date, repaired game files, what am I supposed to do now? What has worked for other people?
