Infinite loading screen still an issue

I tried doing that too but didn't work, Also this is a direct account connectivity issue there's something locking us out and we can't discard Steam just like that since most of the problems began with that account merge, this is a platform/account issue whether it be Steam or Origin (Some people reported this problem after purchasing the origin premier access) so we just can't say Steam is not the problem, there are tons of people that didn't link steam and still got the problem so it could straight up be origin, but thanks for the possible solution nevertheless everything is welcome if we can somehow get this fixed for everyone involved!
