Infinite loading screen still an issue

Wow just wipes a whole squad in a high tier blue circle loot zone with golden wingman..... Guess what happened right after we won the firefight .... Ctd no error at all after a rapid fire series of "disconnected from EA servers"... Respawn, this needs to stop! Can you please just make the game playable without frustration and constant nervousness about losing all hard earned games to random crashes that no one can control and EVERYONE experiences?!?!????

I have tried so many things to get passed the infinity loading screen.. What helped me go past it was to find the link in my browser "Link Steam account respawn" I clicked on that and signed in with a new steam account. Closed steam, origin and Apex and logged into origin again. I can now play Apex on my main account. been searching and trying different things for 3 days, but this worked.

I have this prob from start so no linking or anything and i tried all to solve it but nothing worked have this infinite loading screen since the first time i pressed play. Logged my 2nd account for my kids without Premier but also not starting. And at the 2nd one there is also no linked steam account to it. I tried clearing Cache , reinstall , repair , switch language , DNS changes and other stuff nothing helped. So there is also nothing that will help me play cause its someting with the comp and the program that isnt right cause making a new account isnt working for me eather. I have a new PC with a asus 2080 and a 8700k win 10 and 16gb ram. The only thing that worries me is that some ppl can resolve this issue and some cant and that there are so many things causing this.

This is not a PC or internet issue(unless your internet is giving problems on other games too)  this is an account certificate issue towards Apex be it Origin or Steam can be both giving the problem. 

The thing is that many of the ""solutions "" that we've tried and provided in the past 5 days have a 50/50 of working or not, honestly wr can't do anything about it because this is not on our end,  clearing cache ,uninstall and install ,installing the c++ services none of that going to do anything if your account has the Lock because of a certificate issue on their end .

Nevertheless we gotta keep finding possible troubleshooting fixes that can work, even if my game gets fixed I won't mark this as solved until everyone involved can game properly, so let's keep at it people !
