Infinite loading screen still an issue

My friend has an infinite loading screen when ever he opens up the game.

We tried following ALL Youtube video "fixes", but I turned out, it did not help, also everything we found on google (including this website/forum fixes) did not help at all.

SO I am wondering if you have any idea how to fix this??!!!!

Already tried:

- Flushing DNS

- Changing DNS

- Running in compatibility mode

- Running as administrator

- Closed and reopened it

- Restarting PC

- Restarting Router

- Updated Hardware

- Closed backround programs

Note: Steam Account isn't linked to his Origin Acc/Apex

Sidenote: It did work when he flushed his DNS ONCE! and after we had an invite/join party issue he closed the game and had the same issue again.

Sidenote 2: It did work when he created a new account, logged into that, logged off and logged back
