infinite loading screen

hi please someone help me the support cant do nothing every time i start a match solo or with friends i get an infinite loading screen its stays for atleast 15 min then i get a code net i can play on...

That's definitely weird. 

Has anyone else tried this? Is it working for you as well?

@EA_Kent yes i tested and its worked but i dont want to switch account bcz i have no skins and alote of ppl on forum said that its worked too so please fix this
