Info Gathering: PC Crashing before getting to lobby

When did this start for you?: After installing the Aftermarket update on 10/6/20
Approximately what % of the time does this happen? 100% of the time. The game loads fine to the splash screen where you click to continue, but the wheel spins and freezes before getting to the actual Click to Continue option, game crashes to the desktop without giving any error
