Inifinite loading Screen

Since the 29th of Steam Apex, Watson, etc. have been added to the store and bugs have been fixed. Since then, I have been stuck at the entrance to the screen where Horizon and Alter are visible.
Many people are trapped and unable to access
As a workaround
Compatibility windows 7
reinstall
Restart
steam integrity
graphics driver
Various methods were used, but it was not resolved.
Access is not possible from the attached photo.
1. Steam - Apex = Unable to connect
2. EA - Apex = Accessible
Some Steam users are still unable to log in from the 29th until 19:00 on the 30th.
There have been many posts about this phenomenon in the past, but when is it going to be fixed?

Since 29th I've been stuck at the loading screen the same as you.
I've tried:
* Restarting.
* Reinstalling.
* Repairing EasyAntiCheat as I noticed in the event viewer it starts up (but with no error).
* Disconnecting all devices from PC excluding my headphones, mouse, keyboard.
I have had this problem in the past and I fixed it by unplugging my personal USB stick in the PC!
This time round though, that is not the case.
