Insane input lag on PC but not ps5

I've noticed a persistent issue with Apex Legends on my PC for the past year. When I play the game on my PC, I experience significant input lag and muffled audio. However, when I play the same game on my PS5, the experience is consistently smooth with no lag or audio problems. I've tried this on two different PC builds and even with different internet connections, but the issue remains.
