Bought the battle pass ultimate on the EA store with the wrong email

Sorry to hear the purchase was made using the wrong EA Account.

Since the Battle Pass was purchased through the EA Store, please sign in to the EA Account used at checkout and check the order status under your Order History. The confirmation email and bank charge can show that the order was placed, but the order status will help confirm whether the payment has fully completed or is still processing.

Unfortunately, content purchased on one EA Account can’t be transferred to another EA Account. Since more than 24 hours have passed, I’d recommend contacting EA Support again and asking them to review the order and any available refund options. Please have the order confirmation and proof of purchase ready.
