I have been having the same issue since season 23 which has only become worse this season im on ps5 i have tried uninstalling the game reinstating game licence and nothing has fixed it, there's no easy way to contact ea about the problems either which is very unhelpful
I bet if we were trying to purchase the battle pass they’d be calling us right away.
