Insanely high packet loss

I’ve been having this issue for all of this season and last. My packet loss in the game is just stupid high, and no amount of changing data centers, resetting routers, or reinstalling the game works. Every few games I am kicked out of the game, and if it’s ranked I get an abandon penalty, even though it’s not my fault I was kicked from the game. I’ve lost countless RP and time because of this.
