Internet is fine. High ping in Apex Legends

I play on Ps4 in eastern USA and I’ve been having issues with my ping in apex for such a long time it’s wild.

my ping used to be in the 40-50s but now it starts off in the 40s and then jumps to the 200-300ms range and stays there as soon as the game starts.

how do I fix it? Please the game is unplayable I can’t even see people that I’m fighting at some points

it’s weird though because I never get disconnected it’s just really bad lag

Yeah but it kinda fixed itself so I don’t really have a solution :/ so far no issues with season 10 except for audio bugs

How do I fix the ping, while in game I get an error with dots and 2 other error. I have good internet and this only happens on apex and im also connected by ethernet. So how do i fix it
