I've tried this. It comes up with an error (attached screenshots). Ive deleted ALL cookies so it's not that. Ive tried to talk to someone about it but they were not helpful at all and has to be the worst customer support provider I have ever spoken to. They've taken me in circles and given me no helpful advice to get me up and running

Visit Help.EA.com and make sure you're signed out. Click login at the top so it prompts you to sign in. Click the Xbox/Microsoft button to login so you use your Microsoft account information to log into our site.
Once you login that way, it should prompt you to create an EA account which will link your Gamertag to that one. If it doesn't prompt you to create an account, that means you've already synced your Xbox Gamertag to one a while back somehow. Click on Accounts>Change Email address at the top to verify the email address that's already linked up. (You can change it there if you need to as well)Once you've signed into our site and completed the account creation process, restart your Xbox and try loading into Apex Legends again.
Just to avoid any confusion though, when you load up Apex Legends it's not going to ask you to sign in every time. You'll be prompted to sign into the servers to connect to them, that's all. If it's getting stuck at that point, try these steps below to help repair any connectivity issues you might be facing.

- Did you login to Help.EA.com by clicking on the Xbox/Microsoft button when prompted to sign in?
- Are you able to play Apex Legends under and different Gamertag?
- Do you have Xbox Live Gold?

Do you have a link to the live chat? I give up with My case on the help site. They keep giving me the standard copy and paste message and I'm fed up. Ive put a lot of effort and time trying to get myself up and running and they can't even be bothered to personalise it so I don't feel I'm talking to a useless robot

When you fill out a case there will be an option to select Live-Chat. Have you tried these steps below before launching the game? They fix a lot standard game issues.
Power Cycle the Console
- Turn off the Xbox One console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely.
- Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.
Important Be sure to wait 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.
- Plug the console power cable back in.
- Press the Xbox button on your console to turn on the Xbox One.
Clear Mac Address
- Clear the MAC Address: From the Xbox dashboard select Settings>All Settings>Network>Network Settings>Advanced Settings>Alternate MAC address>Clear, then restart your Xbox.

No I haven't. I can give it a go but I've pretty much lost hope and I won't be playing any EA games again. I got through to live chat who just told me to try the route i did the first time with no success. My situation is a difficult one and the support team have expressed nothing helpful, not even a hunan response (and i say that due to the 3 repeat standard messages) so my EA account is just stuck. I can't access it, can't delete it and can't create a new one so I can't play anything online so there's no point buying any more.

I've tried to sign in with my Xbox account, only for it to say that the account is invalid. Exactly the same as when I try to log into Apex legends.
