Good luck to all of you who have commented on my thread. It's been a year I think for me and they did not help me. I got robotic responses and they lost a customer.
I hope they step up their game and help you
Wish they would help us instead of constantly sending us to their help page. Had to play on my brothers account, some support page they have.
