Invalid account on apex legends

So i just redownloaded apex legends to play with my friends, but every time I try and log into the game it just says “This account is invalid. Please visit help.EA.com for more information.” I looked it up and tried to figure out a solution, i even changed my password twice and nothing seems to be working. One possibility is that my ps4 account isn’t connected to my EA account but i cant connect it without getting into apex. I have no clue what to do.

I took a look at the account you're posting with and it hasn't played any of our games. So, if that is the account you're resetting the password for, it's not going to help. Is that the email for the EA account you tried to reset? If so, please contact an advisor here so they can take you through the account recovery process. Thanks!
