Re: What to do if your Apex Legends account got banned or suspended

Hey everyone,

I’m posting here because I honestly don’t know what to do anymore. I was recently banned on my EA account in Apex Legends for “gameplay enhancement,” but I have never cheated, hacked, or used any third-party software to gain an advantage.
What makes it even more confusing is that the ban happened on February 4th, and I didn’t even play Apex that day.

This has actually happened to me before, which is why I took extreme precautions a long time ago: resetting my PC, reinstalling Apex, removing anything that could interfere, etc. Back then, I eventually had to create an entirely new EA account just to be able to play again.

On this account, I’ve been playing normally the exact same way for about a month or two, and then suddenly I was banned again out of nowhere.
I’ve submitted multiple appeals, but they’ve all been denied without a clear explanation. I even spoke with an EA advisor, and they told me my account showed no suspicious activity and that it doesn’t appear to have been hacked, which makes this even harder to understand.
