Is the Terms of Service run by bots?

Hey @ZaZaNonStop,

When you submit an appeal, our Terms of Service team will review that and get back to you. They may use templates to ensure consistent information is provided to those in similar situations, but they are humans, not bots.

There are not alternative methods to have an action appealed. You're able to submit an additional appeal and a different member of the ToS team will review the situation.

If you've already submitted multiple appeals to the point where they mention no further appeals will be reviewed, that would be final and not something that can be changed here or through other channels.

I don't think it's being reviewed by people just because I never get an indication as to WHY I WAS BANNED! Using the same template in every email isn't helpful when working with people. If someone is actually taking the time to review my case, then the least they can do is message me with the exact reason for the ban. If they send the same message over and over again, I really doubt people are reviewing my case.

Hi @ZaZaNonStop,

As mentioned before, we don't use bots for this and our ToS team is made up of humans that may use templates when reviewing a case.

This is not something we can address here, so I'll be locking the thread down at this point.
