@EA_Kent Yes for me all incoming voice is quiet regardless of team mates platform, I have never had someone in my squad with a "loud" mic

Got it, thanks! It looks like this is related to an issue the Apex Legends team has been investigating. They've got it posted on the Dev Tracker while they're working on getting it fixed. Hopefully we'll have this sorted out soon.

@EA_Kent thanks for helping to get traction on the issue Kent, I see the issue in the dev tracker is labelled "cannot hear" can we avoid any confusion between quiet voice and no voice? as they are totally separate issues

  As far as I know there really isn't a differentiation. The team is looking into the general voice chat issues that a lot of people have been seeing since cross-play went live.

@EA_Kent may or may not be relevant but on my analog 5.1 surround system voice chat is comming only from the center channel
