Issue with starting up

I don't know why, but any time I boot up Apex, it allows me to press a to continue, but will show me a black screen. It doesn't give me an error message. I've heard things about the anti-cheat stuff and to make sure the USB isn't weird, so I've removed all USB devices and I'm using a controller made by Microsoft. I've uninstalled the game and reinstalled it. I've restarted my Internet and my Xbox, but I'm met with the same problem. Any suggestions?
