Package Loss Issue (Told by admin to post on here)

After the most recent split restart and the update I played a few games of apex ranked and was then booted of with a message across my screen stating 'Cheating Infraction' and I was able to immediately recconect but after that I get crazy packet loss in the middle of games. My closest server is london and the ping goes from 32 shoots up to 142.

I contacted someone from EA Help and they told me to post on here for another admin.

I play on PC through Steam

I have gigbait internet 900 down and 100 up with a ping of 12, I originally thought it was my hardware but no matter the settings changes the situation stays the same. So I thought it was my internet so I tested the speed and it was find so using my computer command prompt I sent pings to the Appex server and it all came back with 'Request Timed Out' but I tried other like google and it was fine, it;s just the Apex server.

I have tried changing the DNS settings on my internet or using the 1.1.1.1 VPN but nothing changes.
