Apex keeps crashing

My apex keeps crashing whenever i get into the lobby on the rare occsion i can get into firing range but none of the skins for my weapons or legends will load ive tried repairing deleting and reinstalling running as administrator ending the task and nothing seems to help as its now also reading that its using 100 percent of my cpu can anyone help?
