Apex legends has no access to Cloud.

As of 31 October Apex Legends has ceased access to the Linux Platform for Cheating.

Aside from support and the reality of some 'compensation' to the matter of compability Apex Legends developers have come out publicly denouncing the Linux Platform as 'gateway for Cheating'.

By doing so the Apex Legends Developers have unvoluntarily committed in a contract breach against the playerbase of Linux Platform that have bought and have engaged into activity in Apex legends.

By stating Steam Deck and Linux Platform to be a open platform while whereas further connection with the complete rewrite of Q2, Unreal Engine (which is based on formhacking of java/C) and the second search result of "Easy Anti Cheat" would have been "CheatEngine".

Due to the blocking of the Linux Platform, Easy Anti Cheat does not support Microsoft Azure and other Microsoft Cloudservices which run on a Linux Platform.

Therefor Apex Legends, after 30 day prior notice; check spam folder for inquiry on the notice cloud services have dropped the connection.

With all due respect,

Linux was never a supported system for Apex.

People should pay attention to the system requirements for playing games and what systems are supported.

In your case all humans have been placed in order 'bots'.

Thus Apex Legends has sustained a short period of support for Proton-GE the compat-layer. Easy Anti Cheat system should function normally in the same prefix but intentionally is blocking Linux due to a 'AI slope grade' is how they mention 'it' regardless of obvious Support for Linux which is self-sustained in terms. Which by means has engaged and violated in contract breach against its player base NOT against linux. Therefor you should be engaged in a matter of trial.

You acts of calling out a demeanor are of the most riskiest.

As I said before Linux was never and I do mean NEVER supported for playing Apex.

Even if people found a workaround that let them play with a non-supported system.

Apex and EA removed the workaround as it was not supposed to be used in the first place.

There was and is no breach of contract via EA or Apex. If anyone violated the Terms of Service it was the Linux players using Steam Deck etc to play the game.
