Progress is stored on the EA account level, not on individual platforms like PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, etc. This means if you link your platform to a different EA account, you'll lose access to that progress.
If you removed your Xbox account from the EA account it was originally linked to, linking it back there would be the only way to try recovering that progress.
It doesn't matter which email address you're using on the account. It matters which EA account had that progress initially. You've mentioned unlinking the Xbox account from Origin (which would be an EA account), so you've removed access to that progress. You need to figure out which EA account that was and link the Xbox back there instead.
@EA_Mako please help me, i have commented multiple times and i have gotten no real answer. My cross progression items did not transfer over from ps5 to pc but they are connected and i got the message on both platforms.
