I just got a ps5 after a long hiatus and everything I've purchased on my ps4 from 2019-2022 is completely gone and nowhere to be found. There's no shot accounts were merged if it was just my psn credentials is there?

Hey @suicidedelta69,
Cross Progression is active on all accounts now, even those that only have a single platform linked.
The thing that would generally cause missing progress of this nature is unlinking a platform from the account.
With Apex in particular, this can cause a permanent loss of progress in some cases. If your PSN was linked to a different EA account in the past, re-linking it there would be the only way to try restoring that progress.
If this is the original account and the correct PSN is now linked again but no progress has reappeared, unfortunately there wouldn't be a way to restore any content manually.
If this is not the original account and you're running into any trouble with that link, please contact support so they can help get the original accounts connected.

@EA_Mako this was my original account but when apex launched it was never required to have an EA account listed. So you're telling me all the money I dumped into the skins and content over the course of a few years have been completely lost??

Apex has always required an EA account. If you tried to launch any EA title on a console without being linked to an EA account, it would prompt you to log in for that link.
If you had ever launched an EA title before Apex, it's likely it was linked at that time and never appeared as a separate prompt when playing Apex.
If there was content lost due to an account being unlinked and re-linking doesn't restore it, I'm afraid we'd have no way to recover that content.
