I am having an issue where my cross-progression incorrectly applied my lower level PC account onto my much higher level Xbox account with tons of cosmetics and multiple heirlooms. I spent over an hour with EA help where they confirmed that this was the case and the higher level account and cosmetics are visible on their end, however they were unable to reverse the cross-progression application. I would really appreciate assistance that could make the Xbox account that's linked to my EA account (the highest level account I have) the main one used for cross-progression. Thank you.
Hi @zephistired,
This typically would mean your Xbox account had been unlinked at one point in the past. This would prevent your progress on that account from showing up correctly.
When Cross Progression went into effect, that would have effectively been a level 0 account as a result, which is why your PC account was the highest at that point.
With that said, I've sent you a DM with a bit more information on how we may be able to proceed. Please check your DMs here on AHQ and get back to me there once you're able, thanks!

Hi @EA_Mako, is there any chance you could DM me to help me troubleshoot my cross-progression issue? I would be genuinely grateful for some human assistance.
Today, I unlinked a Steam account from one email and added it to the one I've been playing on for years now in an attempt to link my old PlayStation account (complete with heirloom and other cosmetics) and Steam account (the one I have used for 2+ years with its own heirloom and just hit Platinum).
Now, I have a 6-month delay on unblinking anything, and when opening Apex, I can ONLY see my old PlayStation account but none of my newer account stuff. The new account was higher level and higher rank, and I'm a bit lost as to what to do now.Happy to provide all additional details as necessary.
