Server error code 102122

Hey @GahzKing can you please tell us when exactly you receive that error on your console. Is it when you join the lobby? 

Let me know what connection type you are using? Is it Wi-Fi or cable? Do you know when those problems started exactly?

At the title screen is where the error shows up

I use cable for my internet 

And as far as I know it started when I got my playstation

Was your PSN account's name ever changed, or does it contain any special characters? 

It was changed recently after this problem started occurring I didn't have a Playstation when apex dropped I was on Xbox 

@EA_Pulsar @I just tried to link my Playstation account to my ea account  and this is the message I got

This is the same exact problem I'm facing as we speak . Same screenshot you submitted is the same thing I got . 

If your account appears as "disabled" it means that your PSN account is already linked with another account that you need to activate. Try to use your last email address registered on that account to reset your password.

There is no other account linked to my gamertag I've checked this was the most updated account that I own all of my emails where in tact and the email attached to the account is the same email used for my Xbox account

Did you ever get it fixed? If so, how? Im having same problem.
