Issues with cross progression

Hello I'm having issues I played Apex Legends on my Xbox One and I have saved progress I logged into EA play on EA accounts to cross progression on my brother-in-law's PS5 on my account but it's not showing anything on the EA account my Xbox account and place this account log into the same account and it's not showing the cross progression on PS5 from Xbox
